Guiding Questions

  • Who are the adults that you see every day?
  • Can you think of times when adults make decisions that affect children’s lives?
  • Can you think of an example where adults give me what I need? 
  • How do you feel when adults listen to what’s best for you?
  • Is ‘what is best for me’ always the same as ‘what I want the most’? Can you think of examples where it is the same/not the same?
  • Do you think it’s always easy for adults to know what’s best for children? Why or why not?
  • How can you help adults understand what’s best for you or other children?
